This beach house is located within short walking distance to tropical blue flag beaches Playa Butibamba and La Cala de Mijas, stylish restaurants, bars and set in the most convenient location.
The home is privately owned and has been refurbished to the highest standard with attention to details -transforming the traditional Spanish into the modern Scandinavian Boho beach styles to create a warm and inviting feeling as soon as you enter.

Background
It has been our dream to own a beach home in a small friendly community with a safe environment for children and family.
At the same time provide a beach lifestyle for our younger and older generation.
We like the close proximity to some trendy hotel, restaurants and bar. At the same time we want a place which is convenient to all amenities so that we don't have to depend on transportation.
This house was originally owned by a wonderful family since it was first built in 1960s - it has been holiday home ever since. We are the second owner of this beautiful beach home which makes it so special for us. We want to keep some of the memories and character of the original features intact but at the same time modernize the home.
We hope your stay will be relaxing and most enjoyable.
Surrounding
La Cala de Mijas is perfectly located between Malaga and Marbella.
It’s only 20 minute drive from Malaga airport- on the same route towards Marbella.
A popular street market is held every Wednesday and Saturday on the large fairground site which becomes the venue for the annual fair and local fiestas which begin on 25th July.
La Cala de Mijas is also an excellent base from which to visit Puerto Banus, Marbella, Cadiz and Granada.
